How to Delete KB5000802 Update

  • Open Settings from Start menu
  • Click on Update & Security.
  • Click on Windows Update.
  • Click the View Update History button
  • Find the update named KB5000802 from the latest updates and click the uninstall button to start the process of uninstalling the KB5000802 update.
  • Then restart your computer.

Once you complete these steps, the update will be uninstalled and your device will be restored and fix any problems that this version might be causing.

This printing error also affects older versions such as Windows 10 version 1909, KB5000822 version 1809 and KB5000809 version 1803 which received Microsoft KB5000808 update. If you are using one of these older versions, you can also use the steps above to mitigate the problem.
